MORCICCHIA'S CASTLE

Half day hike among olive trees and groves from Giano towards the Morcicchia’s castle in a marvelous territory full of histories and legends….

DIFFICULTY: MEDIUM
ROUTE LENGTH: 12,8 km
ALTITUDE DIFFERENCE in ascent and descent 590 m.
DURATION: more or less 5 hours (brakes included)

IN CARE OF EACH SHARER: packed lunch, beverages and snacks.

Not suitable hiking for kids under 10 years old.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

Trekking boots or shoes with hiking soles in good conditions, long trousers and suitable clothing for trekking, knapsack, protective waterproof jacket, antirain cape, hat, packed lunch, snacks and water at least 1,5 liters.

RECOMMENDED: trekking sticks, sun glasses, protective sun cream in summer.
