MONTEFALCO - GUALDO CATTANEO RIDING MTB

Mountain bike tour from Montefalco towards Gualdo Cattaneo among vineyards, olive groves and medieval castles discovering fantastic landscapes stretching on all the Valle Umbra’s area.

DIFFICULTY: HARD (for well trained bikers)
ROUTE LENGTH: 33,8 km
ALTITUDE difference in ascent and descent: 874 m.

Estimated duration: more or less 4 hours (breaks included) Expected travel times are approximated and could suffer important changes due to weather conditions, environmental conditions and group training level.

IN CARE OF EACH SHARER  SNACKS and WATER AT LEAST 1,5 LITERS
Not suitable cycling hike for boys and girls < 16 years old.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: Cycling helmet, trekking boots/shoes or cycling shoes with hiking soles in good conditions, suitable clothing for cycling, knapsack, flask (water-bottle), protective waterproof jacket, antirain cape, snacks, water at least 1,5 liters, 1 - 2 spare inner tube, repair kit for possible punctures, pump.

WHILE RIDING HELMET MUST BE ALWAYS WORN AND LACED

RECOMMENDED: cycling gloves, cycling glasses, protective sun cream in summer.
